PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero)/Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a member company of the InJourney Group that develops and manages the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) or The Mandalika, along with the Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) as part of the ITDC Group, has held various prestigious racing events at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

However, ITDC and MGPA not only offer this circuit as a venue for hosting various sports events but also for holding various meetings. In the circuit area that has hosted world-class racing events like World Superbike (World SBK) and MotoGP, there are facilities available for institutions and the general public to conduct various meeting activities or Meeting, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) events, specifically the Deluxe Class, which is located facing the circuit track.

The Deluxe Class has several rooms located across 3 floors/levels that can be used as meeting rooms and supporting meeting spaces. Level 1 or the ground floor area is currently used as the official MGPA merchandise room, the NTB Regional Police media center, a joint security command post, a marketing gallery, and a commercial area that can be rented by the public. Meanwhile, levels 2 and 3 are meeting rooms that can also be rented by the public. Level 2 can accommodate up to 1,044 people, and level 3 can accommodate up to 1,064 people.

The Mandalika General Manager, Molin Duwanno, stated that the Deluxe Class, as one of the VIP areas for spectators at Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, is equipped with various facilities such as meeting rooms, prayer rooms, furniture, air conditioning, restrooms, and ample parking space and access that is more than adequate for hosting various MICE events and meetings, as well as events like graduation ceremonies, weddings, and more. "This venue will also provide an exclusive, luxurious, and unique experience for guests, as they can enjoy the stunning view of the track," he said.

Several institutions have held activities or events at the Deluxe Class of Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, including the 2022 Graduation Ceremony of Lombok Tourism Polytechnic and the Work Meeting of PLN UIW NTB (Indonesia's State Electricity Company Regional Unit West Nusa Tenggara).

The availability of facilities at the Mandalika Circuit is hoped to provide a new alternative for hosting meetings, conferences, or MICE events in Lombok, NTB, offering a unique option compared to conventional meeting facilities or buildings. "The Deluxe Class, with its layout and circuit background, has its own uniqueness that can add value to the organization of a meeting event," said Molin.
