1. Indonesia Masters 2023 (24 - 29 January 2023)

The Indonesia Masters 2023, a highly-anticipated World Sports Event, recently took place in Indonesia, kicking off the year 2023. This badminton tournament, part of the BWF tour, was held at Istora Senayan in Jakarta from 24th to 29th January 2023.

Indonesia showcased its talent, winning titles in both the men's doubles and men's singles categories. Leo Rolly Carnando and Daniel Marthin emerged as champions in the men's doubles, while Jonatan Christie claimed the title in the men's singles.

2. World Superbike Indonesia (3 - 5 March 2023)

The World Superbike Indonesia, also known as WSBK, is the second race of the 12 races scheduled for the 2023 WSBK season, following its first race in Australia in February 2023.

The 2023 WSBK championship, now in its 36th edition since its inception in 1988, will be held at the Mandalika International Street Circuit in Lombok on March 4th - 5th 2023.

3. 2023 FIFA World Cup U-20 (20 May - 11 June 2023)

The 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup is set to be the third World Sports Event to be held in Indonesia. This marks Indonesia's second participation in the U-20 World Cup and also serves as the country's opportunity to showcase its hosting capabilities.

The tournament will run from 20th May to 11th June 2023, bringing together 24 of the best young talent from around the world to compete.

In preparation for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup, Indonesia has designated six stadiums as the venues for the tournament, including the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium, Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Manahan Stadium, Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, and Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium.
