Invest in the Northeast Lombok Properties

Adventure is at the heart of any trip to Lombok. A place where off-the-beaten-track opportunities are around every corner and a feature of everyday life.

The treasures of North East Lombok undoubtedly begin with the offerings of Mount Rinjani, which is the highest volcano in the territory – reaching some 3,726 metres. Where in the world can you night-hike up a volcano, pitch a tent, then wake up above the clouds to watch the sun rise over its deciduous forests teeming wildlife below.

If its waterfalls you’re looking for, you will not be disappointed by some of Lombok’s interior jungle gems, such as the cascading waters of Sendary Gile or Tiu Kelep.

Perhaps you’ll be drawn to the raw natural habits of regional wildlife, in this part of Lombok you can visit one of the many national parks such as Pusuk Sembalum Park or UNESCO Geopark.

With no hotels or guest houses, Gili Kondo is for those seeking a day or two of peaceful beachy bliss, where camping is by tent or under the stars, and food options are what you bring with you. Though drinks and snack vendors are available.

This pollution, plastic free haven has its own caretakers, an elderly couple from Lombok – who keep tabs on the joint. Stop by and say hello, as you circumnavigate its white sand coast, which takes about half an hour.

Whether you’re an adrenalin junkie, or looking for heritage, culture, wildlife or a place to recharge. You will find it all here in this North Eastern quarter of Lombok.

Land specification

The plots located in the East Lombok Regency are known as the Ubud of Lombok. The areas are lush and undeveloped, allowing you to peak into the rural side of Indonesia. Only a 2-hour drive from an International Airport, this is a destination set for great things.

We find undervalued plots of land for our clients, meeting all the criteria developers look for such as proximity to the airport, beaches and the Mandalika project, ground suitability, access, drainage and surrounding scenery; thus creating an opportunity for substantial upside-potential.

Basic Infrastructure
