Mario Edfan graduated from Akpar Triatma Jaya hospitality academy in 2008. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, he is obsessed with food to the point where he treats it like his baby. He loves surfing and is a passionate campaigner against plastic waste on the island. That’s why he’s committed to sticking to the Invest Islands Foundation goal of establishing Tapaz Bar as the first bar or restaurant on the island to become zero plastic by 2020.
